Sic’Em Sampling: Reducing Food Waste, One Bite at a Time

Stop by the Baylor Free Farmer's Market to learn about Sic’Em Sampling, a new initiative from the Baylor University Innovation Fellows, Baylor Eats, and the Baylor Office of Sustainability that aims to tackle plate waste and promote sustainable dining on campus!

This initiative has become an official Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Chartwells Higher Education and is being pilot-tested across Baylor’s dining halls this October. If successful, it could expand to 60+ universities nationwide!
