Year 1
Vision & Goal Setting
Beginning in October 2024, the committee regularly met through a facilitated* process that provided foundational knowledge on sustainability issues and leading efforts in higher education. In January 2025, the committee began the collaborative vision-setting process for Baylor’s university-wide contribution to the field of sustainability. And in summer of 2025, the committee finalized the vision and goals that will guide Baylor’s holistic and unique contribution to the field of sustainability as it convenes partners for strategy development towards these goals in year 2.
