Dr. Elisabeth Rain Kincaid is associate professor of ethics, faith, and culture at Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary. She is also an Affiliate Professor of Management at the Hankamer School of Business. She also serves as the Director of the Institute of Faith and Learning, where she works to develop programming that integrates Christian faith and academic excellence. The IFL co-sponsors the Common Home Fellows Program. Dr. Kincaid’s research focuses on the intersection of theological ethics, legal ethics, and business ethics. She is especially interested in how law can contribute to the development of virtuous communities. She is currently at work on a monograph exploring the contribution of Catholic Social Thought to business ethics, including as related to questions of sustainability. She previously held the Legendre-Soulé Chair of Business Ethics and served as the Director of the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice at Loyola University New Orleans.
