Meagan Soltwisch, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Meagan Soltwisch is a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor University’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-C). With clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, and telehealth, she specializes in evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on prevention, education, and holistic wellness. Dr. Soltwisch earned her BSN from Washington State University and both her MSN and DNP from Gonzaga University. Her research interests include telehealth, antibiotic stewardship, interprofessional education, mental health screening, nurse practitioner training, ethics, and faculty wellness. In addition to teaching and mentoring nursing students, she serves as a peer reviewer and has received multiple honors for academic achievement, military service, and volunteerism. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, outdoor activities, church involvement, reading, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.
